Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?
Prints and available original artwork ship within 1–3 business days. Commissioned paintings take up to 6 weeks to complete. Once finished, they are shipped immediately.

How are prints and artworks packaged?

• Prints are rolled and shipped in durable protective tubes.
• Original artwork is shipped stretched and securely boxed.
• For large pieces over 36x48 inches, we use crated freight shipping to ensure maximum protection.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through UPS or FedEx, depending on the size and destination.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United States and Canada.
International delivery for prints is available and can be arranged easily.
For original artwork outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact us directly to coordinate international shipping options.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included for most orders. In rare cases where special handling or international arrangements are required, we will contact you to discuss any additional charges before shipping.

Is the delivery insured?
Yes, delivery is insured and we secure the shipment with above the standards of packaging  .

• Prints damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to you.
• Original artwork is insured through the carrier. If damaged during shipping, we will work directly with the carrier to ensure you are reimbursed.

Can I ship to someone else as a gift?
Yes! You can provide any shipping address during checkout, and we’ll deliver it there. While we don’t offer gift wrapping, all items are carefully and professionally packaged.

International taxes and duties
For international orders, taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility. We are happy to assist with customs documentation if needed, but the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by their country.
